Parking & Directions

Almost all public parking in downtown Elkton, MD along Main Street and surrounding areas is FREE. There are metered parking spots at the far end of East Main Street by the courthouse. Please be kind and courteous to business-designated parking areas and look for signs indicating private spaces, business spaces, or handicap spaces before leaving your vehicle. Elkton Music Hall can not be held responsible for towed or ticketed vehicles. Be mindful! Use our parking map as a guide.

Street Closures

During special downtown events, there may be street closures to allow for on-street activities, vendors, etc, in that case, you may not be able to access certain public parking areas (along Main Street for example), so plan accordingly to walk (or roll) to our venue.

Handicap Access

For our friends in need of easy-access, please reach out to us before your arrival so we can direct you toward the closest parking areas and best wheel-routes. Handicap access to our venue space is from the North Street main entrance into our building. Our back entrance has stairs.

Elkton Music Hall is located in the heart of the downtown Elkton, Maryland. The venue is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. These are the turn by turn directions.

From I-95 (3 miles)

Take exit 109A if coming down I-95 South. Follow signs for 279 South (Elkton/Newark Rd), exit and merge onto this road. At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto North Street. Drive straight into town, Elkton Music Hall will be on your right in .9 miles.

Take exit 109A if coming up I-95 North. Follow signs for 279 South (Elkton/Newark Rd), exit, wrap around, and merge onto this road. At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto North Street. Drive straight into town, Elkton Music Hall will be on your right in .9 miles.

From Route 40 (.9 miles)

If headed east (toward Delaware). Drive on Route 40 and turn left onto MD 213 (South Bridge Street) at the traffic light. The intersection has a McDonalds and Burger King as visual indicators. Drive down S. Bridge Street, at the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto W. Main Street. At the 2nd stop sign, turn left onto North Street. Elkton Music Hall will be located almost immediately on your left.

If headed west (toward further into Maryland). Drive on Route 40 and turn right onto MD 213 (South Bridge Street) at the traffic light. The intersection has a Sonic and McDonalds to your right as visual indicators. Drive down S. Bridge Street, at the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto W. Main Street. At the 2nd stop sign, turn left onto North Street. Elkton Music Hall will be located almost immediately on your left.
